All prices are shown in NZ dollars. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

Purchases under $199 cost $10 city or $15 rural delivery
We use an NZ Post courier service within New Zealand and aim to dispatch parcels on the day of order placement, or the next working day. During busy periods, please allow 48 hours for order dispatch. If you require an item urgently please add this as a ‘note’ at checkout for our team, or email us.
All orders to destinations within New Zealand are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address.
Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
Your return possibilities for full price purchases are: Replacement, Credit or Refund.
To return an item you must:
FIRST · Make contact with us at mkbeatyandboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item you are unhappy with.
THEN · Once we have responded pleaase return the item (at your cost) within 7 days of the date you received our order, in the same condition as it arrived i.e unmarked, unbroken, unworn, and with the original tags (If they have them). Items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in sellable condition.
We recommend using a track and trace service to return your item as we cannot help if the item is lost in the post on its return
BUT · We will not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Also for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, perfumes or skincare products unless they are faulty.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges on ceramics or artwork. Due to them being one of a kind, handmade pieces so please make sure you are happy with your choice before purchasing.
Any discounts gained from promotional codes, in store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount are final sale and are not accepted for a return.
Please allow 1-2 days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to us. Once processed, refunds can take 1-3 days to appear. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded this includes if you received free shipping the cost will be taken off the orgainal amount.
IMPORTANT- If your return does not strictly meet the above terms and conditions, and is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, your item will be returned to you and your return will not be processed.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We understand that sometimes appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 24-48 hours notice prior to your appointment. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your appointment
If you repeatedly cancel at the last minute or no show you may receive a emailed warning about having to pay a deposit when booking, being charged the full amount or in extreme cases that you are no longer welcome as a client.
